Our kitchen team combines its love of cooking with its goal to present you with modern haute cuisine, tempered with a classical approach to food. Groups and guests have a choice of menu option that include the ships general menus and meals that are kosher style (no pork or shellfish or mixing of milk and meat).  

 

Shabbat: Groups have a number of options of celebrating Shabbat on-board including dedicated group space for religious services, or depending on itinerary and timing, and if available, celebrating shabbat with the local Jewish communities along the river which we have unique access and relationships with.  Touring itineraries have been developed where groups also have the option of choosing mechanized travel or walking only tours during Shabbat.
